Introducing Box Moor Rangers!
Box Moor Rangers is a new youth initiative created and organised by the Box Moor Trust. The aim of Box Moor Rangers is to motivate and educate young people to enjoy wildlife and the countryside, so that they understand the importance of preserving the natural environment for future generations. From badgers to bumblebees, flowers to flies, Box Moor Rangers will cover a wide range of different activities and events; moth trapping, mini-beast hunting, animal monitoring and even some river wading!
There are three groups, broken down by age. Mini’s is design for 3-7 years , Juniors for 8-11 years, and Youth Conservation for 11-16 years.
