Music on the Moor 2009 Review

Saturday 11th July 2009 dawned dry but overcast, as the final preparations were made for two days of musical entertainment for the local community. Lots of people came early to secure a prime spot, and colourful gazebos began to spring up around the periphery of the site.

Conker Festival 2009 Review

Our 14th annual Conker Festival took place on Sunday 18th October on Blackbirds Moor. Although quite cold the weather stayed dry for us, which ensured that the crowds flocked to the event. For the main marquee, we opted once again to go for the yellow and red striped circus big top, which was certainly hard to miss and just added to the fun of the event.
