Your booking will be confirmed as soon as payment is received via email. For charities and not-for-profit stalls, we’re delighted to offer free pitches. Document Uploads and Confirmations

To take part in the event we kindly ask that you upload the required documentation. If you do not have valid copies for the date(s) please provide copies of these documents to the Box Moor Trust at your earliest convenience. If we don’t receive these in time, it may unfortunately result in the cancellation of your reserved space.

Upload Public Liability Insurance Certificate

To have a stall at our Autumn Festival event you will need to hold a public liability policy for cover up to £2 million. Please upload a certificate that will be valid on the date(s) of the event, or ensure you will send one to admin@boxmoortrust.org.uk 2 weeks before the event.

Risk Assessment

To have a stall at our Autumn Festival you will need to have completed a full risk assessment. Please upload your risk assessment here, ensuring you have considered all relevant and possible risks. If you do not have a copy at the time of application you must ensure you forward a copy to admin@boxmoortrust.org.uk no later than 2 weeks before the event.

Environmental Responsibility at Our Autumn Festival 2025🌍

We’re committed to making our festival as eco-friendly as possible, and we’d love your help! We encourage all food vendors to go plastic-free and adopt environmentally friendly practices with their stalls and waste management. Here are a few ways you can help: Use biodegradable or compostable packaging and utensils. Avoid single-use plastics (see Single-use plastics bans and restrictions – GOV.UK) Together, we can reduce our environmental impact and make the festival a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable event for everyone.
