Filming and Photography at The Box Moor Trust
The Box Moor Trust Estate is made up of nearly 500 acres of land and offers a wealth of commercial filming and photography opportunities. The landscape is varied, from pasture to woodlands, flat moorland, sloping hills and even a former quarry.
In addition to the open spaces, the Box Moor Trust also operates several hard-standing car parks across its Estate, as well as various buildings including agricultural, residential, modern and older style properties. The Box Moor Trust Centre and the rustic Old Barn are also both available as an ideal base of operations.
Located a stone’s throw away from Bovingdon Studios and close to Leavesden Studios as well as transport links straight into London, the Box Moor Trust provides the best of both worlds: a taste of the countryside within a thriving town.
Where to Find Us
If arriving via the A41, please follow the signs for Boxmoor, Bourne End and Berkhamsted, and turn off the A41 onto the A4251 towards Boxmoor and Hemel Hempstead. From there, head east along the A4251 (London Road) for approximately 0.2 mile. The Box Moor Trust Centre will be on your right-hand side.
