Box Moor Trust Trustee Elections 2025

The Box Moor Trust is governed by a Board of up to 12 Trustees.  In accordance with our constitution: “The Scheme” (found here), the Trust will hold a Trustee Election in October.

 

The Election will be held over the course of one week, beginning at 8am on Wednesday 8th October 2025 and ending at 8pm on Wednesday 15th October 2025.

 

If you would like more information on becoming a candidate for the Trustee Election 2025 please click on the link below. Candidate details will be shared with the electorate prior to voting.

 

Voting will take place online and at polling stations. In order to vote online you will need to preregister. If you would like to register to vote online please click the link below. 

Eligibility

Any prospective candidate or elector must reside within the Trusts area of benefit, and be registered on the electoral roll. 

We will confirm this before accepting your candidacy and/or eligibility to vote. 

Area of Benefit

The Box Moor Trusts ‘Area of Benefit’ is comprised of the old ward boundaries of Bovingdon and Hemel Hempstead. for the best part the below districts are included in the Trust’s ‘Area of Benefit’.

Box Moor Trust Area of Benefit

The Box Moor Trust’s election process is determined by The Charities (Boxmoor Estate, Hemel Hempstead) Order 2000, “The Scheme”. The election will be held, and run as is stated within the Scheme.

The Box Moor Trust reserves the right to change or suspend the nomination and election process at any time.
