
Small Third Party Event Application
Small third party events are those with an expected attendance of under 50 people.
Box Moor Trust are keen to support events that benefit the local population, and therefore welcomes applications from local uniform and community groups.
Each application is considered by the Box Moor Trust’s Estate Committee on an individual basis.
Charges for hire, and the requirement to provide a land bond are sometimes waived for community events, however, appropriate charges may be determined by the Estate Committee upon consideration of you application.
Please read the BMT Conditions of Hire for Small Third Party Event and complete a provisional site plan and risk assessment (you can use the provided templates) before completing the application form.
