Trustee Candidates

Our Board of Trustees are responsible for the strategy, governance and decision making of the Box Moor Trust.
The role of Trustee is voluntary and can be hugely rewarding. The Box Moor Trust holds a Trustee Election every 5 years - we will be holding an election in October 2025. If you would like more information on eligibility or how to nominate yourself as a candidate please click on the button below.

Groups and Activities

As a community organisation, we believe that the Trust’s lands are of great benefit to the local population, and we wish to ensure that those who are interested are able to learn as much about the Trust as possible.

School Groups

The Box Moor Trust Estate offers a wonderful range of facilities and habitats for school children to engage with the local environment and wildlife.

Forest Schools

The Box Moor Trust does not currently offer Forest School sessions, however if you wish to hire our facilities to run forest school sessions you can enquire at environment@boxmoortrust.org.uk.

Box Moor Rangers

The Box Moor Rangers is a group for children/young adults to learn and develop outdoor skills whilst nurturing an interest in the natural world.
