Large Third Party Event Application
Large events are those with an expected attendance of over 50 and under 500 people.
Box Moor Trust are keen to support events that benefit the local population, bringing entertainment and opportunity to the Trust's area of benefit.
Each application is considered by the Box Moor Trust’s Estate Committee on an individual basis.
For large third party events the Trust will request an upfront payment of £1000 – a land bond, refundable after the event – for which the Trust reserves the right to make deductions for water/waste and repair or reinstatement of the land.
Charges for hire are split into setup/takedown and operating/performance days.
Fee for setup/take down per day: £200
Fee for operating/performance per day: £400
The Trust is open to entering into exclusivity agreements. These are considered on an individual basis and requests should be directed to the Trust’s Chair of Estates.
