The Box Moor Trust is proposing a small Common Land exchange involving part of Box Hill (Gees Meadow).
We plan to deregister a small area of land and exchange it for a larger, adjoining area next to existing common land along London Road. If successful, this will allow us to:
- Expand livestock grazing and land management activities
- Provide more space for educational events, like our popular lambing days
- Improve public access with a new gate and permissive path linking to the Westbrook Hay footpaths

As part of the process, we are hosting two drop-in sessions at the Trust Centre, where you can view the proposal, ask questions, and share your thoughts:
