Meet Your Trustee Election 2025 Candidates

In accordance with our constitution, The Charities (Boxmoor Estate, Hemel Hempstead) Order 2000, “The Scheme”, we will be holding an election in October 2025 for four new Trustees.

 

Over the last few months we have been advertising, within the Trust’s Area of Benefit, for interested beneficiaries to stand as candidates to join our Board of Trustees. Below are details of our Trustee Election 2025 Candidates. Candidates are standing for a seat on the Box Moor Trust Board of Trustees. Trustees represent all of the Trust’s Area of Benefit, and are elected by beneficiaries – those residing within the Area of Benefit.

 

To have your say please register to vote online, or visit the Polling Station between 8am – 8pm at The Box Moor Trust Centre, during election week – 8th October 2025 – 15th October 2025.

 

Please note; if you are planning to attend the Poling Station, ID will be required. For a full list of acceptable ID documentation please check here. 

Eligibility to Vote

To be eligible to vote any elector must reside within the Trust’s Area of Benefit and be registered on the electoral roll.

 

Below is a map of the ‘Area of Benefit’. If you would like to vote but are unsure if you reside within the Area of Benefit please drop us a line via admin@boxmoortrust.org.uk or call our office on 01442 253300, we would be happy to confirm.

The Box Moor Trust’s ‘Area of Benefit’ is comprised of the old ward boundaries of Bovingdon and Hemel Hempstead. For the best part the below areas are included in the Trust’s ‘Area of Benefit’.

Box Moor Trust Area of Benefit

The Election will take place between 8am on the 8th October to 8pm on the 15th October 2025

In person voting available at The Box Moor Trust Centre, London Road, HP1 2RE

Open 8am – 8pm Wednesday 8th October – Wednesday 15th October

The Box Moor Trust’s election process is determined by The Charities (Boxmoor Estate, Hemel Hempstead) Order 2000, “The Scheme”. 

The Box Moor Trust reserves the right to change or suspend the nomination and election process at any time.
